Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your grumpy buys, but if something isn't quite right, here's what to do:
- Please email us at enquiries@twinink.co.uk to request a return (we are based within Twin Ink tattoo studio hence the email address)
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags, please include your packing slip
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrectly described
- Return address: Grumpy not Frumpy, c/o Twin Ink Tattoo Studio, 1c - 1d Brown Street North, Leigh, WN7 1BU
- A trackable service is recommended. We are not responsible for lost parcels.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@twinink.co.uk.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
